Welcome to Doughmance! By booking our pizza & cocktail bus (or using our website), you’re agreeing to the following terms. We’ve kept them as clear as possible.

1. Bookings & Deposits

• A booking is only confirmed once we’ve received your deposit (amount agreed in advance).

• Deposits are non-refundable but may be transferable if your event date changes (subject to availability).

• The final balance is due 7 days before your event.

2. Cancellations

• If you cancel more than 30 days before your event, we’ll refund any payments made (excluding the deposit).

• If you cancel within 30 days, payments are non-refundable.

• If we have to cancel (e.g. mechanical issues, staff illness, circumstances beyond our control), we’ll refund everything you’ve paid in full.

3. Service on the Day

• We’ll arrive at the agreed location and time. Please make sure there’s clear access for the bus and enough space to set up safely.

• Our bus is largely self-sufficient, but a standard power socket and access to water are required if available at your venue.

• Service time, menu, and drinks will be as agreed during booking.

4. Food & Allergies

• We can also cater to vegetarian and vegan menus only.

• We cannot provide gluten-free options, as our kitchen environment always contains gluten.

• While we take every care, our kitchen is mobile and cross-contamination is possible. Please let us know about any allergies before your event so we can plan safely.

5. Alcohol Service

• Doughmance holds a valid public alcohol licence and can serve cocktails, mocktails, and other drinks at your event.

• We operate under responsible service of alcohol guidelines and may refuse service if required by law.

6. Pricing

• Prices vary depending on guest numbers, menu, and travel distance.

• A travel surcharge applies for events outside the North West.

• Final quotes are agreed in writing before any deposit is taken.

7. Liability & Insurance

• Doughmance holds public liability insurance and Level 2 Food Hygiene certification.

• We can’t accept responsibility for delays or disruptions caused by things outside our control (traffic, weather, or venue restrictions).

8. Photos & Social Media

• We sometimes take photos of events for our website and social media. If you’d prefer we didn’t, please let us know in writing before your event.

9. Cookies & Website Use

• Our website uses cookies (like most sites) to improve your browsing experience. By using our site, you agree to our cookie policy.

• All content on our website belongs to Doughmance — please don’t copy or reuse it without permission.
